Using Product Search:

Having difficulty finding what you want? Whether you’re looking for something specific or just browsing, we can help. Visit our Search page and enter a few descriptive words in the "Search For" box at the top of the page. You can search within a specific collection or category by using the Category drop-down menu within the Search box — or leave the “All Categoriess” option to search through all products.

You can enter one or more keywords using any combination of product name, type of product, color or item number. The more keywords you enter, the narrower your search results will be. Here are a few examples:
• Entering “wheel” finds all wheels in any collection.
• Entering “porcelain wheel” finds porcelain wheels only.
• Entering “white wheel” finds all wheels that are described as white.

You can also view products by category from our product categories page.

Adding Items to Your Cart:

To order an item, simply make your selection and click the white “Add to Cart” button. Use the left navigation bar or click “Continue Shopping” to add more items.

You can view the items in your Cart any time in the mini-Cart on the left of the page, or by clicking "View Cart" at the top of any page. Items stored in your Cart should appear on any computer, as long as you’re signed in to your ShipsWheelGifts.com account with your e-mail address and password.

If the "Add to Cart" button is missing from your page:

This means the item isn't available.  When we’re confident the item will be available again, we’ll enable the button and you can add it to your Cart.


Make sure to sign in before adding any items to your Cart. Any items added before signing in will not be tied to your account, and will disappear after you log in.

If signing in doesn't help, check your Internet browser's "Option" or "Preferences" link to be sure it's cookie-enabled. Cookies make the Cart work.

Checkout:

Once you’ve added items to your Cart, you can check out at any time by clicking the checkout button on the left navigation bar or by clicking the red "Checkout Now" button at the top of any product page. This will take you to your cart.

Take a moment to review what’s in your cart. (Your Cart may contain items from previous visits, since items remain in your Cart for 30 days.) Verify product information and quantities.

To remove an incorrect or unwanted item, check it's select box (on the right) and click the delete button. Your cart will update in a few seconds. Once you're confident the cart contents are accurate, click the "Checkout Now" button at the bottom. This will take you to the screen to enter or verify your customer and shipping details.

You will be asked to verify your purchase details and be taken to a secure Paypal screen to complete the checkout process with your credit card details. For more help, contact us.
