The Ship’s Wheel offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If any item is unsatisfactory for any reason you may return it within 30 days of receiving or "signed for" date for exchange, replacement or refund of your original method of payment with receipt. Items returned without a receipt may exchange for store credit only.

Return Authorization:
Please contact our store at 910.219.0936 or 888.9shipswheel or prior to the return for a Return Authorization unless the item is returned to the physical retail store location. ALL SHIPPING COST IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. Please complete a Return Authorization Form, enclose your name, order number and specify you would like a refund when shipping any item back to us.

Items Damaged In Shipping:
If you are returning an item because it was damaged in shipping the delivery company will be responsible for all shipping cost. We will either replace the item or give you a full refund. Claim for Damage Form. SPECIAL NOTE ON GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT: Be sure to inspect your shipment when it arrives. If the product is damaged during shipment, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hours), there is a limited time to make a claim with the delivery company. A credit, replacement shipment or refund will be sent to you as soon as you notify us of any damages and we receive your returned goods.

If you are returning any item for any reason other than damage during shipping to you we will give you a refund minus shipping cost once the items are received and inspected.  Returned items must be packaged well with any original paperwork where applicable.  There will be a restocking fee of 15% on all non-defective orders that are returned without exchange. This fee covers the cost charged to us by the supplier/manufacturer each time we have to send back a non-defective item without replacement. If you refuse a shipment or receive the shipment but leave the item(s) in the original un-opened box and return it then the restocking fee is waived.

In many cases, orders placed by noon are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after noon are normally processed and shipped the next business day. The Ship's Wheel utilizes a priced-based shipping calculator. All orders over $150 receive free shipping. Typcially USPS or UPS carriers are used to deliver your order. If you require rush or priority shipping, please contact us by phone to place your order and ensure that it arrives in time.

If you place an order and refuse delivery, you will be charged for all shipping costs.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UNITES STATES is available for an additional fee. Some products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and may take 4 to 12 weeks for delivery. You will receive an order confirmation, and can return to the site to check the status of your order.

Due to increased credit card security requirements and procedures, the billing address you provide us must match the address on your credit card statement. We reserve the right to have you fax us photocopies of both the credit card and a signature, or other government identification with photographs, for security purposes.

Please include a daytime telephone number and a shipping address available during the day, as we require a signature for many deliveries.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Our inventory system at the present time is not fully automated. A product you order on-line may be out of stock or on back order. If that happens we will notify you by email. Most of our U.S. customers will receive their order within 3-5 business days. If we or our suppliers are out of stock of an item and we cannot ship within 14 days we will notify you. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take 10-14 days for delivery. In this case, you will receive an order confirmation. Also, not all of our merchandise is shown on-line. If you don't see an item or items you are interested in please call us.
